  • Registration includes access to all presentations and exhibits. 
  • SAF accepts all major credit cards. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you after submission. 
  • Registration fees do not include accommodations. Make your reservations early to take advantage of group rate. We do not use a third party reservation firm. If you are contacted, please do not use their services.

Not currently a member of SAF? Join SAF today and save on your registration fees. In addition, receive the many benefits SAF has to offer. You must be a member in good standing to receive discounted registration. You don't have to be a member to attend. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration and request a full refund until Monday, July 24, 2023. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund due. Refund requests received after that date will not be accepted except in the case of a personal emergency occurring on or before July 31, 2023. SAF reserves the right to request verification prior to issuing a refund. 

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in the 2023 Forest Tech Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs and audio/visual recordings for SAF's marking and promotion of this event and SAF as an organization. SAF reserves the right to record entire presentations. SAF's use and distribution of recordings is contingent upon prior presenter approval and not attendee approval.
